Switching the Display

  • Right Selector Wheel

Roll the right selector wheel to view different types of content.

  1. You can add or delete the meter contents.

    Instrument Display Settings

Power Flow/Engine Status Display

Displays the power flow of the motor and engine, indicating the vehicle’s power source and whether the battery is being charged.

  • Power Flow

  • Engine

  • Engine ON

  • Engine OFF

  • Hybrid (HV): Power is supplied by the motor and the engine. (Blue)

  • Electric Vehicle (EV): Power is supplied by the motor. (Blue)

  • Engine (Direct Drive): Power is being supplied to charge the High Voltage battery and supply power to the wheels. (Blue/Green)

  • Regeneration: The motor is charging the High Voltage battery. (Green)

  • Power is being supplied by the engine only. (Blue)

  • The engine is running and the motor is charging the High Voltage battery. (Green)

  • The vehicle is stationary with the engine running.

Range

  • Range

Shows the estimated distance you can travel on the remaining power and fuel. This estimated distance is based on the vehicle’s current fuel economy.

  1. The driving range displayed is only an estimate and may differ from the actual distance the vehicle can travel.

Average Fuel Economy

  • Average Fuel Economy

Shows the average fuel economy for trip meters A and B in set intervals.

  1. The average fuel economy displayed may differ from the amount consumed while actually driving.
  2. If it was reset while parked or driving at a low speed, calculation of fuel economy will start after you resume normal driving.

Instant Fuel Economy

  • Instant Fuel Economy

Shows the instant fuel economy as a bar graph.

Trip Meter

Shows the total distance driven since the last reset. 

Press the right selector wheel to switch between trip meter A and trip meter B.

Meters A and B can be used to measure two separate trips.

  1. To reset the trip meter, display it, press and hold the right selector wheel, and then select Reset. The trip meter is reset to 0.0. Additionally, average fuel economy, average speed, and elapsed time will also be reset.
  2. When the trip meter exceeds 9999.9 kilometres or miles, it resets to 0.0.

The trip meter can reset automatically after refueling.

Average Speed

Shows the average speed since Trip A or Trip B was reset.

Elapsed Time

  • Elapsed Time

Shows the time elapsed since Trip A or Trip B was reset.

Navigation

The compass screen and turn-by-turn directions appear based on the driving guidance provided by the navigation system*, Apple CarPlay, or Android Auto.

  1. You can control some navigation system* functions on the driver information interface by pressing the right selector wheel.

  1. Navigation features may not be available for all devices or apps.

You can select whether to have the turn-by-turn display come on or not during the route guidance.

How to Customize the Vehicle Settings

Speed Alarm

Sets the speed alarm on and changes the speed alarm setting.

Roll the right selector wheel, the speed alarm setting changes as follows:

  • Speed Alarm 1 On/Off*1

  • Speed Alarm 2 On/Off *1

  • Speed Alarm 1 Speed Setting [50 kmh (30mph)*1]

  • Speed Alarm 2 Speed Setting [80 kmh (50mph)*1]

G-Meter

Displays the strength (G) and direction of the load that is applied to the vehicle during driving.

  • When decelerated while moving forward/When accelerated while reversing

  • When steering to the left

  • Lateral forces of the past three seconds (white)

  • Real-time lateral force (red)

  • When accelerated while moving forward/When decelerated while reversing

  • When steering to the right

Seat Belts

Occurs, under specified conditions, when seat belts are latched or unlatched.

Maintenance

Show the service reminder system.

About Service Reminder System

Safety Support

Safety Support indicates the operating status of the following systems.

  • Operating Status for Road Departure Mitigation System

  • Operating Status for CMBS

  • Operating Status for Parking Sensor Warning

  • Operating Status for Blind Spot Information System

  • Road Departure Mitigation System

  • Blind Spot Information System

  • Parking Sensor Warning

  • CMBS

The following colours indicate the status of any of the above-mentioned systems:

- Green: The system is on.

- Grey: The system is off.

- Amber: There is a problem with the system.

  1. To turn each system on or off, first press the right selector wheel to switch displays. From the next display, you can select which system to turn on or off.

  2. When all features are ON, thesafety support indicator lights up in green. It lights up in green/grey when one or some of the features are ON, and it lights up in grey when all features are OFF.
  3. When CMBS is OFF, theCollision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) indicator (grey) also lights up. When the Road Departure Mitigation system is OFF, theRoad Departure Mitigation indicator (grey) also lights up.
  4. See below if the indicator lights up in amber.

  5. Even when the parking sensor warning icon is green, if the Rear sensor setting is turned off, the rear parking sensor will not operate when reversing.

Instrument Display Settings

Speed/distance units

Enables you to set the displayed measurements to read in either km and km/h or miles and mph.

  1. Press the right selector wheel when you select the Instrument display settings on the driver information interface.
  2. Roll the right selector wheel to scroll to select Speed/distance units, then press the right selector wheel.
  3. Roll the right selector wheel to scroll to select your desired settings, then press the right selector wheel.

Arrange content on the right side area

You can choose which contents to display on the right side area.

  1. Press the right selector wheel when you select the Instrument display settings on the driver information interface.
  2. Roll the right selector wheel to scroll to select Hide/show, then press the right selector wheel.
  3. Roll the right selector wheel to scroll between contents, then press the right selector wheel to check or uncheck them.
  1. Contents that are grey cannot be removed from the right side area.
  2. When you customize settings, shift to P.

Change gauge design

You can change the gauge design.

  1. Press the right selector wheel when you select the Instrument display settings on the driver information interface.
  2. Roll the right selector wheel to scroll to select Gauge design, then press the right selector wheel.
  3. Roll the right selector wheel to scroll to select your desired settings, then press the right selector wheel.
  1. When using the Round (Cruise) gauge design, a simplified display is used when ACC with Low Speed Follow is in operation.

Information

You can check if there are any active warning messages.

About the Warning and Information Messages

  1. If there are multiple warnings or informations, you can roll the right selector wheel to see other warnings.
  2. When there is a warning message, thesystem message indicator lights up.
